About JUPG

The JUPG meets quarterly to consider and advise on the policy in relation to utility openings. Membership of the JUPG consists of the Assistant Director/Headquarters of the Highways Department and senior representatives of the utility operators. Representatives of the utility operators take turn to chair the JUPG.
